PPP on my part (piss poor planning). What I thought was a big jug of chili was really taco seasoning, so I just doubled up on the cumin, green chiles and red pepper flakes!

OMG. What a pot of wonderfulness!! When it was still an hour out, I thought it was just a little thin, so I hit it with some andouille sausage, half a cup of left-over Tex-Mex Basmati rice, some sliced jalepenos, and only a HALF of a can or black beans (for you other guys). What a treasure trove in the freezer!!! And yes, I had some beer left, so that bowl in the lower right is seconds.

Question? Have you ever made your own stock/broth out of front and rear legs on deer and elk?

Damn!! You need to make another batch for fall and freeze it!!!
