Puff Chicken w/ Spinach, and Cream and Gruyere Cheeses

Wife dictated chicken tonight, and something light and not fried. Broke out a box of puff pastry, some fresh spinach and veggies, and long grain wild rice. Thought a lite cream chicken and herb gravy would be good, in case I screwed up the pastry or rice, and they got too dry!!

The verdict was two thumbs up from them both!!
