Quick and easy

Made a family dish that I’m not too sure is one many have had. Hatch red chile with moose burger topped on mashed potatoes. A popular dish we had growing up (except with elk burger). Nothing fancy but pretty tasty:

Had something similar Saturday afternoon with burger from the Nilgai that I shot in Texas

Had about the same thing today. Xcept that meat was inside a ball of mashed taters, rolled up, breaded and fried.
Lots of Louisiana Hot Sauce on the side.

I make the same only with wide egg noodles.

You eat like my youngest son when it comes to mashed taters. He always liked to mix stuff into them. Me? Just gravy please.
