We are the strawberry capital of the world and when I was growing up here, we only had strawberries about 4 months out of the year. With science, we now have strawberries year round.Don't do it! End result would most likely be the same as store-bought strawberries.

You’re right no doubt.Similar to Olathe sweet corn, Rocky Ford cantaloupe, Palisade peaches, Hatch green Chile, being the best from special and specific areas is worth the wait and looked forward to each year. “Rainier” cherries grown somewhere else just wouldn’t be the same.
