Read somewhere you can not fly with blackpowder

Is this true? If so, how do you get your blackpowder to the muzzie hunt if you are flying?

Appreciate any suggestions.

You definately can't put it in your baggage. You either have to buy it when you get there or ship it ground (including the extra $20 haz met fee). Does make things more difficult.
