Regulations question

Can someone help me with an application question? I am curious what is the process if one wants to withdraw/modify their application after the deadline date? Thanks in advance.

Once you submit it I believe you are stuck with the results.
The regs just came out yesterday, have you already submitted your application and now want to change it?? If not get it right before you mail it.

There is no process. Once it is submitted thats it. Nothing can be done. The regs just came out yesterday so I doubt anybody has hadd time to submit anything.
