Remington KS Custom Mountain Rifle ???

Just wondering if anyone knows who makes the plastic stocks for the Remington KS Custom Shop Mountain rifles? I have one of these that I have had about 10-12 years and so far have really liked the fit of it, would like to put one on another gun. Or go with a McMillan, which is also nice, but I just really like the fit of the KS stock. Any info would be appreciated.

McMillan used to make them for their custom shop and there have been a few others after them. If you want to put that type of stock on a Remington action they can fit it and pillar bed it for you or you can order a drop in model. They still do nice work.

I know they used both Bell&Carlson and Brown Precision and maybe others, they're easy to tell apart but hard to explain how. if you're looking for a stock check out Lone Wolf up in Montana, they make some great stocks too.
