I honestly don't know who provides the rifle stocks for the major gun manufacturers but you can always check EBAY or here is a link to a pretty good website that provides a large variety of stocks for nearly every action both currently and previously produced on the market.
It looks like most of the rifle stocks at rifle-stocks.com are unfinished and might require some wood/hand work but appear to be 96% inletted. Prices seem to be pretty good too depending on what you are after. Check 'em out, it looks like they have a lot to offer. Hope it helps.
