i want to have a conversation with the President, who is it and how do I get a hold of him? I have a plan idea to increase some elk where we can.

You should run it by the all these knowledgeable folks in this forum first. Let them shoot holes through it and then start over…. Then repeat.

I would think it'd be best to run such an "idea" through the proper channels before I even had a chat with any conservation group about state owned wildlife.
Seems like a backwards approach to me.....
