Run in with a horse..........

18 year old, his friend, and his younger sister all recieved cuts and bruises but thanks to the seat belts all were okay after they hit a black horse that had gotten out on the hwy.

Ouch - poor horse. That happened in Altamont too. Too bad Bess isn't around to give us the skinny on it, I guess we will have to get it from TripleK as I am sure she knows or can find out about it.

This happened by my mom's house a couple of years ago. Nasty nasty mess. Totalled the car, killed the horse, the occupants were covered with blood, guts, hair and shock. They came to my mom's house for help - she let them shower and clean up, gave them some clean clothes while they waited for the wrecker to come and get their car and get alternate transportation etc.
