Unit 15 Elk Youth Muzzleloader hunt

My boy was lucky enough to draw unit 15 Youth muzzleloader elk hunt. If anyone could tell us about their experience with their kids on this hunt. Will the bulls still be "talking" for this hunt? My boy would love to see Elk that have been harvested for this hunt.

Probably the best elk hunt in the unit. Should be great. Bulls generally are still bugling good.
