Hey fellas,

I am just trying to find some general info on these units for an OTC mulie hunt in Jan. To tell you the truth I've never hunted AZ and just picked these two units because they look to have a good amount public land, access and they are a little closer for me as I will be coming from CO. I'm not expecting to get a honey hole or GPS coordinates as I know how hard it is to find "the" area. I've hunted CO and WY my whole life and its taken years for me to figure certain units so I can be successful every year. Are there decent numbers of deer in these units? Can a good buck be had with ample time behind the glass and a little luck? Is one better than the other? I've read what the AZ website has and for most areas under the OTC Jan units they all say the same, declining deer herd, hard to find etc. Am I wasting my time in these units, should I go south or further west? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated! I'd be more than happy to share tips for elk and deer in CO or WY for anyone willing to help a fellow sportsmen out.

Does anyone else have any info they would be willing to share? I would be more than happy to return the favor in CO or WY. Thanks a bunch!
