Unit 31/32 deer elk bear.

I have tags for all three for the upcoming muzzleloader season. Been trying to hunt these units for several years and the fires convinced us to turn back in last year. Anyone been up on grand Mesa or horse mt/cow ridge this summer to see what the burn area looks like? Any opinions on which unit mite be a better bet in the middle of September? The primary goal is to find a nice muley but elk or bear will do just fine. Any info on the closed gates that were ordered open by the courts? Also camping advice would be appreciated. Thanks

You know the Grand Mesa is not in your unit, right?
The fire covered a lot of private land in 31. The public in 30 took more of a hit.

I was really just curious about the Regional rainfall this summer. Roan plateau grand Mesa bookcliffs In General.
