Unit 45 cow elk

Saw some bulls this morning just off the power plant road west of Pioneer Reservoir. Saw them from the interstate so I would maybe check out there. I know you have cow tags but where the bulls are at I'm sure there are some cows near by somewhere.

look low, just outside Mountain Home. Check those west facing slopes just south of Highway 20 as it turns north to head up that toll gate grade.
