Unit 61 Bear

I ended up getting a reissued unit 61 bear tag for my brother and myself today. I picked up the tags knowing that the Bull Draw Fire has burned/closed off where we'd normally go and may possibly close off more of the unit if it kicks up again. I don't know much about the southern end of the unit. Is anyone willing to share info about some spots worth checking out? I've heard the Tabeguache Basin area is a good place to hunt. I've also heard that around Castro Reservoir/Big Creek Reservoir on the north end are worth checking out. I imagine sitting on a water hole is the best bet with how dry it is. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hungry Mesa is a place I see bears often. It is just North of Casto (No R) Resevoir.

Saw alot of good sign in the Tabeguache Basin 3-years ago when it was a wet season, but very little the last two years. Haven't spent alot of time on the northern end.
