Unit 7 archery

LAST EDITED ON May-30-15 AT 12:28PM (MST)[p]Drew a unit 7 early archery mule deer tag so I'm pretty excited! I'm planning on hunting the wilderness but I'm not opposed to trying other places. If anyone has advice on what to expect or other areas that I should look into I would really appreciate it!

This unit has lot of deer and lots of country. You could hunt right out of a truck and have coolers, all the food and drinks you want and see and kill a great buck anywhere. Or you can kill yourself in that wilderness which is not traveled and the trial system is poor and it shacks randomly like a small rumble earth quake that plays with your mind. I'd hunt mobile and run and gun a little. Plenty of remote areas and if you go the second week no one around.

Thanks for the info! I'm going to keep researching and see what I like. Planning a scouting trip for July so that might give me more answers.
