Yes! Found out I drew turkey. Anyone else get lucky ?

Update just minutes after stating this I got through and discovered I did not draw. Unit 38, 1-14.98 odds this year.

Too many good general areas in Idaho to even bother with a draw...for turkey!

In a few weeks I will be in N. Idaho, can't wait to hear a few gobbles.

This could be said for bears as well, but that doesn't stop very many from putting in.

The reason to put in for the upper snake turkey tag is for the convience of hunting 20 minutes from the house instead of driving for hours to hunt an area I am not as familiar with, but I agree there are great places in Idaho to hunt turkeys
