utah arrow reg. question?

I believe I read that for an arrow to be legal to hunt with in utah it needs to be 300 grains in weight. Is this just the arrow alone or is this with the broadhead included. Any info on this would be great. thanks.
 
As i understand it, it is the entire weight of the broadhead, and arrow. That what i go with.
 
As a minimum, 300 is state law. As per your personal bow 7 grains per pound of draw wieght is the math i use to get my arrow weight.
