Utah youth any bull

My youngest son (12) drew the youth bull tag, we plan on hunting where we do general season on s slope, but we hunted same time last year with my dad (disabled extention) and we found very few, talked with some others and same thing, but a few days before general opened we found then all over, just looking for any advise or opportunity to give him so decent odds, he's not afraid to hike and we plan to, and get into where we find them during rifle, just a little discouraged from last year not beiable to find them earlier
