heard this evening that there were so many bounced checks that they had to pull everyone out of the draw and reinsert em without the bounced people.

If this is true yall should have a pretty good chance at drawing.

But, this was one of those this guy told me that his friend has a friend in the G&FD that said this, Kinda things.
