Wyoming cow 100-7

Didn't draw my bull tag, but did draw my reduced price non-resident cow tag for 100-7. Curious if anybody has info on the subunit...the boundry is
Limited quota; Cow or calf elk valid in that portion of Area
100 east of U.S. Highway 191, south of Sweetwater County
Road 15 and Sweetwater County Road 17 and west of
Sweetwater County Road 19.
