Wyoming Moose Population?

How is the population? I heard they were taking a hit. I would like to get one sooner than later and I'll shoot anything with horns...Don't really care how big he is, just want to eat him. Is there a unit I could draw with only 3 points?

You may draw a cow license in some units. The numbers are down in the NW units and they havereduced the number of permits also.
I drew and was successfull in 2002 Great animal and great eating !
