youth any bull early

This would seem like a good opportunity hunt for kids, however after some research I found they are somewhat limited in where they can hunt.
Is this a hunt a non-resident could bring a couple kids and do well (succeed!) as a DIY hunt?

If you get a few pointers and are willing to work it is doable. My buddy drew the tag last year and killed a 5x5. Due to the dwr changing the definition of a youth, I have one more chance to draw.

I have been mentoring a friends girls who's dad is a POS.
I was putting them in for points when I noticed the youth tag. I'll put in for it and see how we do.
