Cowtag, BH209 is all I use in my Knight Extreme and until something is proven better that is all I will use as long as it is available.

I tried the BH209 with magunum 209 primers in my Remington 700MLS that had the Remington Model 209 Adaptor. Shot it 5 or 6 times and got delayed or hangfires each time. I sold the rifle and got a Knight Extreme and it shoots great, consistant 1" 3 shot groups at 100 Yrds with 110 gr volume...

I agree with KamiahKid on this one.

Another Vote for the Balckhorn 209, I get excellent groups out of my 50 Cal. Knight Extreme using 245gr Barnes Spit-Fire MZ bullets and a 100gr volume charge. No more 777 or the Shockey stuff for me.

I sent you an email with a few places to hunt. Your bro will have no problem filling his doe tag in that unit.
