    Caldera Cow hunt

    One of my hunting buddy's daughter drew a cow tag on the Caldera. Neither of us has had the experience of hunting the Caldera.     For those who have killed Oryx

    LAST EDITED ON Apr-23-15 AT 02:07PM (MST)[p]I have taken three. Farthest shot was 225 all were taken with a 300 win mag. Two animals dropped with one shot, the other dropped and got back up, walked about 25 feet and I put another in her and she stayed down.

    Great story and pics...and for me personally glad to know a fellow member of the "old man" club could make that hike and fill his tag. I'll keep putting in and hope to draw some day.
