I have also seen some really good bucks taken already! I for one am in favor of these awesome youth opportunities including this new hunt! Because it allows these youth to kill that brute of a buck because we all damn well know that it won't happen when they're an adult like the rest of us haha...

45 could be a decent choice but it's not the easiest of draw. If you want an easier draw definitely go early archery. Plus it gives you more time to hunt... for what it sounds like you're going for an adventure rather than outcome. Just my 2 cents on your senerio

Definitely! Lots of new feed and they are super easy to glass! However hard to hunt... almost impossible with archery equip and your having to work shot angles with the rifle depending how thick but they are there!

Not a 52 bull. Terrain doesn't add up even in the lower country and overall quality of the bull is way to big for that unit... but yes great bull nonetheless! Keep up the good work guys! You guys got anymore tags in your pocket this season?

Very poor deer herd these days. I would recommend you guys use your choice in another unit. There could be a few decent bucks but they are very far and few between! The unit def isn't what it use to be and that goes for the elk too. Hope this is helpful ~Master the Tines~

I for one am not a fan of people asking for help on here. That being said, I do understand if they have been doing their work and are still having a hard time locating animals. But for those who have never been in the unit is unacceptable in my eyes. I personally have contributed to complaints...

Go buy a lottery ticket before your luck runs out lol. Going horseback will definitely improve your odds of tagging a bigger bull if you're trophy hunting which I assume you are with this tag. As far as areas go... it can be great literally anywhere! Lots of scouting is needed to locate the big...

wow finding a spot like that is rare in that area. Keep that place a secret. But really its ridiculous... If you don't like hunting with the crowds, its best to stay out of these units.

The elk was an absolute whopper!!! And heard a few rumors of it being a Gila bull but they're just rumors. So idk about the credibility As far as the deer I believe they killed it as well. Also unknown area. I've seen a few pics surface but idk how true they are. Needless to say I wasn't...

No tag for me this year but these pics get the blood going
