You can certainly hike in and bivy, but you might check into Nick Perchetti with TimberLine Outfitters out of Tonopah. Spending a few bucks to be dropped in (5+miles) with his quality horses is worth the expense especially if you get a bull. If his camp is available, you wont be disappointed to...
