There is a duck hunting form that I like, and it has a meme thread. I think it would be nice to have an ongoing meme thread on here as well. I’ll put up a couple to start.

If I am reading the regulations correctly, a non-resident such as myself, can mentor a tag to an Utah resident youth but not an Utah nonresident? Therefore, I would be unable to mentor my own son?

I’ve read the regulations, and I think I’m still confused. If I put my son in for an X zone as his first choice, a youth hunt as his second choice and a D zone as his third choice, will he receive consideration for both the X and the youth hunt?
