Was the idea of giving 100 tags to the ranchers even proposed at any of the RAC meetings?
If so which ones and by who?
If not is it going to the wildlife board?
Or is it buried in the Elk Commitee proposal and I missed it?
Im just curious cause as far as I knew this wasnt proposed.
