12b west early rifle

Drew a 12b west tag with 2 points. Will be down there for the hunt. Was wondering if anyone had any insight on the unit. I will be ordering maps and have already been in contact with a few hunters from last season will speak with the unit bio and a few locals down there. Thanks and good luck will be my first time hunting in Arizona

I have heard an area in 12b west called the quarry does anyone know what area that is exactly or the name of it. Heard some good things about the area thanks

The quarry is right off the main road, just out of town. Simple to see and a lot of deer come off the PJ's on the left side, cross the road, and go over to the water tank there. There is a windmill. They like to go out on the sagebrush flat and lay down all day. Good glassing for dedicated spotting scope users.
