16 1=no tag?

Again looking forward to that unsuccessful letter in the mail again this year. Non resident with 16 points for the Pauns. After this year it will be 17. I remember back in 1999 the first time I applied for this tag, by some miracle I drew the Pauns. Back when it was Black powder only. Took a nice 31 incher off the Nephi pasture near wildcat springs. I hope in the next 4 years I luck out and draw again before I have to use a wheelchair to get around. How many points did it take a NR to draw last year? And how about residents, how many points?
