Thanks Phantom for the reminder. Yes - today is weigh-in day.

This one kind of snuck up on me. I hope ya all did better than I did. I came unglued for the superbowl and my birthday was last Friday...so no so good for me this weigh-in.

Post em up. If you have an * by your name please get me your wieght this time. If you miss thrree wiegh-ins I am going to assume you no longer want to play.

Keep at it. Lose that weight before it gets nice out so you will be ready for running, biking, hiking, etc. Then when the longer warmer days arrive...it will really come off.

Well at 246, have been good at going to the gym, still have not made right changes in diet. Am committed to doing so this next 2 weeks, so expect significant improvement next weigh in.
 
down to 230. Went from drinking 100 ounces of soda a day to about 20 ounces. Now I need to start exercising.
 
286 - still hanging around, super busy but about to get more time to do more exercise.

230... Down a little but not very much. Total of 27lbs lost this year, not too bad.
 
233 looks like I'm doing it 1 lb at a time. Might get better wife just found out she's diabetic and our diet will change bigtime now. We will see how the next few weeks go.

Went up this weigh in didn't stick with the diet and Superbowl I gorged big time. Time to get serious to make up the gained pounds.
 
To many parties and funerals this last two weeks! 270, gained a pound. I've got to get focused on this thing. Thanks, Brownie.

Down to 269 thats 10 pounds .Slow and steady ,remember I started at 279 not 275 . Give a brother all of the credit do.

185 and holding. Need to do more cardio. I have been lifting weights a lot, and that ain't burning the fat.
 
Apparently my body has figured out what I'm up to and is not on board.

This weigh-in: 244

Only lost 2 lbs. this time around, time to step it up.
 
Finally down below 200 lbs for the first time since 2006!!! Amazing what a little motivation and divorce can do for ya!

I'm at 197 lbs as of this morning!!

308 LBS for me, forgot to weigh in yesterday so I weighed in this morning. I have been sick and unable to workout. Just getting back to the gym now. Maybe the next 2 weeks will be better.
 
Haven't lost a LBS, maybe gained a couple BUT since chukar season ended it's been 6-7 days a week workin out. Example was last night. Tri-ceps for 45 minutes, hour later 30 minutes on eliptical, hour later 20 minutes on ABS. Diet is better, increasing cardo to 5 days a week.

I guess 200 is a pipe dream while I'm liftin.
 
197 again. Boys I just got my motivation to get in shape with this expo tag. I may not start just yet but when I do am going to get it done.
