I did a google search and found another one from Kentucky. This one has an article with it. The people in the know claim it's a condition called leucism, a loss of pigmentation.

Bingo! That's the difference.

The reason I said albinism rather than leucism is a leucistic bird has patches of white inter mixed with their normal plumage color. The two turkeys shown did not have that.

Maybe just white barnyard birds as SureShot mentioned.

I've never seen a barnyard turkey have a straight long beard......I wish we could see the beard....

It is certainly shaped like a wild turkey...

Tagged along on a bison/deer hunt in South Dakota 10 years ago... We saw turkeys all day, everyday. Couple hundred in all the days we were there I'm sure. On the last day, in a group of 30 or more turkeys, there was an albino (at least we thought it was). My recollection was it was "mostly white" cuz I seem to recall some sparse coloring... Pretty cool if these are legit wild turkeys.
