Apple Pie Filling, and we made 21 quarts yesterday. The apples were tart and free so perfect for pie filling. She makes the best pie crust so I look forward to some warm pie with ice cream . It is going to freeze here Monday night so we are picking tomatoes again today and will make spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, onions, green peppers and meat to can today.

Apple -- & Pumpkin -- are my two favs. I like the apple warmed with a side of ice cream as my 'about 8 p.m. TV watching snack.'
