BabyBack day. Just put them in. Making my own rub recipe which seems to be the best flavor. They keep raising prices on store rubs anyway, so it saves alot to .ske your own rub. These will cook with the 3-2-1 method.

Made some cheese and shells and these ribs are the best I've ever done. Passed the bend test like Champs. If you know what the bendy test is you know what I mean. I ended up cooking for 3 hours at 225° , wrapped in foil for 1.5 hours with temp bumped to 275° . Unwrapped and they were done so it only took 4.5 hours for perfection. I wrote that in my notebook .

I'd eat that all day! Spring break down here in Havasu, so everything is doubled or tripled Bacybacks are $4.99/lb Heading back to Idaho in 4 days, so get ready for a flood of home cooked meals!!!
