I think they would make a great team. We may finally see some progress and benefits to the working classes with that duo instead of maintaining status quo of Trump giving handouts to his buddies. MLG has done some wonderful things in her time as Governor. Sure, I don't totally agree with her recent legislation regarding gun control, but for the resources she's put into education in this state she gets a pass.

For one Im tired of every bit of legislation that comes from Washington lining millionaires pockets while stiffing the middle class. Many of you have and would benefit from their policies if you could look past disagreeing with them on ONE ISSUE (i.e. "Baby killers"). Read sources other than Fox News and make an informed decision at the polls.
 
If we want the country to be just like California which at one time was the best state in the USA you would want these two fools running the country. Until the Covid-19 hit us we were doing better than we’d ever been doing. After seeing how liberal our governor is and all the liberal changes she is pushing I don’t want anything to do with either one of them. Liberalism seems like a disease and liberals seem like traitors to America with NO common sense. Let’s get America back on track and keep it great !! Trump 2020

I rarely log in or converse on this site I'm pretty much a reader of the cue,
But, the statement made by 2NM, floored me, I am middle class and in the last 3 yrs I have had the best run of my self employed life under Trump and Texas governor Abbot , it has been a good run until the virus and oil prices tanked. With that said I truly believe a conservative can lead us out of this before a Liberal like Sleepy Joe could. Just my wooden nickel thoughts, now back to waiting for the draw . Thanks...
 
It always makes me laugh when someone tells me to read sources other than Fox News. My response: they need to "Read sources other than" CNN and MSNBC.

What I do know is whenever I've had personal knowledge of something that makes the news, the news always manages to get some fact wrong. Sometimes it matters to the story, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it's honest ignorance; but these days, more often than not, it's their willful distortions disguised as news in order to forward their political agenda. And if I didn't have the luxury of having a personal knowledge, I would have had no idea which parts they got right versus which parts they got wrong. I'm not talking about an anecdotal instance, either--it's been at least 15 or 20 occasions over my lifetime.

So per my observations, all news has some fake elements. Trump got that part right. It should be obvious to anyone paying half attention that we're living in one right now.

I don't need to watch Fox News to know when I'm getting hosed for just trying to be a good productive citizen that trys to obey the law, and that MLG's policies are not working for the middle class.

How can he even run before there is a full investigation into his sexual assault ? Liberals stopped everything when Judge Kavanaugh was accused of the same thing when he was a kid, Biden was a grown congressman when his assault happened.
Sexual predator in the White House ??? Oh yeah Bill Clinton was and liberals didn’t seem to mind at all. Even mentioning the NM governors name for VP shows you how ultra liberal she is.

Biden isn't going to select the NM governor. It will be a politically calculated decision. The Michigan governor would be more likely. My guess is Michelle Obama.

Thinking Stacy Abrams, no way MLG. Both Whitmer and Wujan are jockeying hard for a look but BHO is pulling the strings here. Pretty sure he is smart enough to keep Michelle away from the Biden trainwreck .

The other thing they need to try to do here is set the stage for 2024. I can't imagine that the dems actually think they can win with Biden, so they play the long game. The VP pick is the frontrunner for 2024.

I think this election is Trumps, and his to lose if "he" fowls up the CV thing. I expect to see the opposing party help with that, at America's expense.

Unfortunately 2NM views are very common. There are many voters that feel this way about MLG and Trump. Hopefully there will be enough NM voters that realize how bad MLG is for NM. She has minimal support in most rural areas but Democrats have strong holds in metro areas and reservations. Just like many of us have strong views on 2nd Amendment and abortion, some democrats have strong views on government providing free things for them.

I don't think Trump is a good person but do think he has done a better job and is less corrupt than Hillary would have been. Being less corrupt than Hillary really wasn't a hard threshold to beat.

Biden is a puppet that is supported by powerful leftist kingmakers just like Obama was. The democratic nomination was basically handed to him by these people in the shadows just like they handed the democratic nomination to Hillary. Biden is going to select the Vice President that they tell him to. Putting Michelle Obama on his ticket would create the excitement in the democratic base that he needs to be drive up voter turnout.

Just like they did with Obama, a large majority of "news reporters" will refuse to report anything bad about Biden and take every opportunity to smear Trump. There is a powerful giant propaganda machine that will be backing Biden this election. I think this election is going to get very ugly because we know the democrats won't hold back and Trump actually seems to enjoy getting in the mud to wrestle with a pig. Some democrats are willing to destroy the economy with COVID 19 if that is what they need to do to regain power.

I agree that Biden is a terrible candidate. The democrats could have done so much better. However, Biden may just win this election with the support of the Obama political machine. Trump has been masterful at manipulating the liberal media and making democrats attacks on him backfire, so I'm not going to underestimate him either.

If the Obama's had gone back to Chicago to help their people, I would say there is a good chance Michelle would jump into the ring to run. Instead they collected their millions and ran to Martha's Vineyards to live in a mansion and rub elbows with rich elite white people. They got what they wanted and will live the good life and screw their people back in Chicago. I agree with hossblur.

I hope your right and Michelle Obama doesn't run for office. It just depends on what she wants. Being Vice President doesn't have to be a time consuming job but does come with significant perks. The Obamas may be missing some of those perks. Hillary and Bill could have retired and lived like gods but they didn't. Trump could have done the same. Some very wealthy people desire power and control more than relaxing and living the good life. If Michelle Obama wants to become involved in politics, she will have the political support to go right to the top. She checks all the boxes Biden needs to make the democratic base excited (minority, female, etc).

They just remember that the Obamas will give give them free stuff. Just look at how voters support Bernie Sanders. A serious Dem will come in 2024. I think both Newsome and Cuomo are running now.

A loss as Biden's VP means in 2024 you are answering for him.

The Obamas knew how bad Biden had slipped. Thus Barry holding off that "endorsement".

I honestly don't think Michelle likes the power. She likes the same and the $$$.

The scariest female out there is Tulsi Gabbard. She's smart, she projects calm, and even handedness, while still being a radical lib.

One breath from the brass ring. All that sounds like more incentive than, say someone like Hillary, would need to accept the gamble. As has been pointed out here before, Biden needs to be careful who he picks.
 
Everyone knows if Dementia Biden won the Presidential nomination his VP will end up as President. Michelle Obama deep down is an activist so if she thought she could get the Presidency without putting alot of effort in i think it would be tempting for her.
I do believe CNN is proping up Newsome for 2024.

I hope your right that Michelle Obama doesn't want the power. I agree that Tulsi Gabbard would be a tough opponent. I think she would do much better running against Trump than Biden will. Biden won't select her though because she isn't from a swing state.

Newsome and Coumo don't have a chance of getting on VP ticket because they have the wrong anatomy. Even if Biden had health issues that prevented him from running, I don't think Coumo would be selected at the convention, it will be whoever he selects as his VP (the person he is told to select by the people that control the Democratic Party from behind the scenes).

The liberal media is just playing up Coumo's press conferences for the moment to counteract Trumps press conferences. The liberal media knows if they gave Trump fair coverage during this pandemic, it could become impossible to beat him in the election.

The strange thing about liberals is that they speak against racism and sexism but are heavily influence to vote for someone based on their gender and race. If Bernie Sanders was a minority women, I think he would have won the democratic primary.

If you want to take a friendly bet on democratic VP pick, let me have Michelle Obama and Whitmer and you can have everyone else. Even though Trump has proven himself to be a very skilled politician, we shouldn't underestimate the democratic machine this election.

I'm not AS concerned as you. I consider holding congress more important than the Presidency. If not equipped with exceptional leadership skills (Reagan), about all a president can do is screw things up. But maybe I'm jaded.
