Just got the vile in the mail. but the hunt started on the 1st? Should of sent these out weeks BEFORE the hunt?

I got the tooth sample “kit” for my Utah elk hunt after I was already back home with my bull, and the lower jaw was sitting about 6 miles from the closest road. It just seems like common sense to send those out before the hunt!

Yeah the state screwed they up. My wife got hers a week after she had tagged out.

This happens every year and it drives me nuts! It's not like it's a surprise to them as to when we will be hunting.
