Grilled Prime!! 20 minutes at 500 degrees, then turn down for 2 more hours!!! Garden veggies, and long grain wild rice. Man, it was excellent.

Grilled prime looks amazing… nice job! There’s an open air restaurant in Nairobi called the “Carnivore” Coolest place I’ve ever dined at. I think Kenya has since banned most wild game but they used to bring around a giant platter of assorted grilled wild game to all guests & they would slice off whatever you wanted to try. Kudu, hippo, Guinea fowl, ostrich, crocodile, wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, eland & all manner of African critters were on the platter. Title of your thread reminded me of the Carnivore in Kenya. Prime rib looks tasty ?
