It uses 4 oz cubes. Here's the recipe straight off my recipe card, so I don't make any more mistakes and you will have it all together.
1 cube butter
1 cube marg. (I use Blue Bonnet)
1/2 cup sugar
Boil this 2 to 3 minutes
Pour this mix over a large rimmed cookie sheet, lined with Graham crackers as close together as possible. Carefully spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle crackers with a 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. As soon as you take them out of the oven, cut the crackers with the spatula, following the little score lines on the crackers, to make small individual cookies. After cutting, immediately remove the cookies from the pan and place them on a plastic plate, or they will harden and stick in the pan.
