Ribeye steaks cut from those on-sale Holiday roasts we like to buy, 1" for the wife and 1.5" for me. Baked sweet potato with butter, honey and cinnamon. Rainbow cauliflower and squash, with tomato/cucumber/pickled red onion salad in red wine vinegar. Hadn't had a vodka tonic for a while, with a twist of lemon!!! Pretty darn good meal.
