Crab Cake Sandwich

No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get the girls to try the crab. Good thing I had saved a nice brisket flat for them, to slice up and have as sandwiches also! Heated up the air fryer to get a good warm crisp on them, and made an amazing sandwich. I might just be addicted to tartar sauce tho!!

You can use that same receipe for Trout as well. It is a family favorite around here though I prefer cocktail sauce over tartar.
