dedicated hunter archery area's

Hey guys, if I have a Southern Region Dedicated Hunter tag this year can I legally archery hunt deer in any general area-for instance, the North Slope?

The guidebook says an archery tag can hunt any general area, but isn't specific to dedicated hunters-and the Dedicated Hunter website says I can only hunt the region I have a tag for.

Any help would be appreciated?

Your archery hunt is state wide. Even though your muzzle and rifle is for southern. hope helps
