Made some meatballs with my deer sausage and cooked it in sauce of:
Diced tomatoes / tomato sauce
Garlic
Onions
Red wine vinegar
Dried parsley / oregano
Red chili flakes
Cracked pepper
Parmesan
Simmered for 40 min. While sauce was still thin, added linguini and simmered for 30 more at low heat.
Topped with more oregano, black pepper, Parmesan and more chili flakes.
Added some French bread with butter and garlic. Modelo with lemon juice and salt topper. Pretty frickin' good.
