Like treed, I'd say look at the odds and choose a unit you can probably draw. With the increase in tags given out in Utah the overall quality has declined. In my mind, a "respectful" ram is any older mature ram in Utah (and anywhere else for that matter), regardless of what he scores. Some units hold more sheep while others have less...as generally indicated by the number of tags given out. It's not wise for anyone to announce on a forum what unit to apply for because that just messes up the odds.
