Just scrambled eggs, cheese, and grapefruit, but I decided to try some bacon pinwheels! Had some already-cooked bacon strips, so I warmed them up, put them on one inch wide pieces of dough, and added some cheese before rolling. Thought they would puff up a bit more, so need to use half the dough or twice the bacon!!! Wonder how phyllo dough would work; lighter and still fluffy???
