Different Kind of Breakfast

Just scrambled eggs, cheese, and grapefruit, but I decided to try some bacon pinwheels! Had some already-cooked bacon strips, so I warmed them up, put them on one inch wide pieces of dough, and added some cheese before rolling. Thought they would puff up a bit more, so need to use half the dough or twice the bacon!!! Wonder how phyllo dough would work; lighter and still fluffy???

Throw a jalapeno slice in them bacon rolls.

Phyllo dough would be flakey I would think, maybe puff up some more but great idea Blank. When do you leave for your Paunsy hunt...

Have an antelope hunt here in Idaho that opens on Sunday the 19th, so would like to give that a couple days also. I'll be heading down to the Tropic area on the 25th, and stay for the whole thing. Will be flexible and try to move to find the deer. Still watching weather reports, but don't see anything forecasted.
