Elk smoked baked beans

New recipe…. Baked beans in the smoker with elk stew meat, garden fresh Anaheim, banana peppers and onions

Lovely. I really like the sweet crunch of banana peppers or pepperocinis, added at the end of a recipe. If I add during the cook, I always like to use jalepenos.

Yep.. used jalapeño in many a smoked bean. Garden is pumping so use what’s at hand
