Deer, elk, moo, oinker chil on the smoker

smoke a brisket or tri tip couple days before, the beef, ground elk , venison, cut some elk flank grilled and chop, sausage, and then some Kebossa sliced, 1 pound cooked chopped bacon. Yellow onion and half a white, chopped fine, red bell peppers, 2-3 and a green, chopped fine, minced garlic, tomato sauce 2-3 big cans , 1 can paste, 2 chicken broth and 2 beef broth mix in then use your chili season you like I make my own,

Brown the meat and sausage before then cook on your Yoder or other smoker at least 4-5 hours longer better and if it starts to thicken add more broth and re season about every 1-2 hours

I change meats around depending what’s in the deep freezer from, elk, antelope, venison, bison.. but always add my beef and pig to it..

It is a chili and we don’t need beans to ruin it :)) but those that like them can add as I don’t and wouldn’t know when to add them
