...dogs again last night. Plain ol' hot dogs on buns with yellow mustard, pickled jalapenos, onions & sweet pickle relish with the usual side of fries.

We get the big ones in Costco & cut them in half.You can't go wrong with a good ole Hotdog!
My bride uses spicy mustard, onions, relish & sauerkraut. I also use sauerkraut sometimes. And...I like them with leftover chili.I like them with mustard and lots of onions, my wife likes them just plain in a bun. I also like them with sour kraut and mustard.

Here's my take; if I like the taste of something & it's safe, I eat it regardless of what it is or where it came from. If I don't like the taste, I pass on it. Pretty simple concept for me.I guess I wasn’t reading them. So embarrassing.
I forgot to mention that I was raised eating tripe cooked Italian style by my grandma. There's lots of protein in tripe, too, but I still haven't figured out why the Mexicans consider menudo as a hangover reliever. ?I guess I wasn’t reading them. So embarrassing.
