Cod filets. I like them because they hold together well on the grill. I've got a great big mahi whole filet, and a bunch of Texas redfish but too large of a package

Perfect food for Lent. We had fish sandwich yesterday and it looked nowhere as good as your concoction. Nice.

Bought 'em and used them the next day. Black and mushy!! I think the criteria for me to move somewhere would be how fresh are your avocados??

What, I missed out ? Looks great. I had fish tacos at many places. Most of the time they were only ok. McGrath's made some killer Mahi Tacos. I make shrimp tacos but haven't done fish.
